Leadership Accelerator
The Leadership Accelerator is a highly interactive, 6-month long program designed for emerging leaders who seek knowledge and growth around leadership and increase their influence and impact while leading in authentic ways. The curriculum is designed to equip you with all the knowledge, self-reflection and best practices need to build a high performing team.
In addition, it is meant to be a space for making meaningful connections and building community with fellow new leaders.

Leadership Circle Profile™ self-assessment (full 360° assessment optional at additional cost)

(6) 1 ½ hour monthly live, virtual training sessions, with presentation, discussion, exercises and group coaching.

(6) 1:1 coaching sessions, to identify and implement an individual leadership development plan/ individual goals

optional monthly peer group calls (4 people max.) to discuss relevant learnings and implementation of goals.
